ai workflows

AI automation services for B2B marketing teams

We build AI workflows that take the repeat work off your marketing team. Agents do the drafting, routing and checking, and your team sets the rules for what needs approval before it publishes or reaches a buyer.

  • Rules set by your team, written into every agent
  • Up to 3 workflows in about 4 weeks
  • Built on the agent system we run our own marketing on

One workflow, start to finish

An illustrative example of how a blog post moves through our own system. An agent drafts it, a checker agent reviews it, and a person approves it.

Illustrative example: an agent drafts a blog post, an editor agent checks it, and Leo approves it before it is published.

Your team is doing work a system should do.

01

Leads wait for a person to sort them.

A demo request comes in at 6pm. Nobody routes it until morning, so your best lead waits all night for a reply.

02

Form fills land in the wrong place.

A lead fills in your website form, and the details sit in an inbox or a spreadsheet instead of your CRM. Sales starts from scratch.

03

Small site updates sit in the dev queue.

A new schema block, a CMS sync, a comparison page. Each one becomes a ticket, and each ticket waits behind the redesign.

04

You worry what AI will do on its own.

You want the hours back. You also want a person to read every change before it reaches your site or a buyer.

What we build

AI workflows for your site, CRM and lead routing.

Content drafts with a review step.

Agents research and draft blog posts, page updates and comparison pages in your CMS. A person reviews and publishes.

Lead routing and alerts.

Every form fill goes to the right person or list in your CRM, based on rules you set. Hot leads trigger a Slack alert.

Website to CRM connections.

Forms on your Webflow site send clean data straight into HubSpot, with the fields sales needs.

Site checks and fixes.

Agents check links, schema, meta tags and forms. Every fix waits for approval unless your rules let it run on its own.

Reports in plain English.

Your Search Console and GA4 numbers, pulled into a short summary in Slack or a Google Doc.

Website translation.

Claude translates your site content into other languages, and a native speaker reviews each language before it publishes.

How it works

AI automation consulting and build, in about 4 weeks.

  1. 01Map the work and the rules.

We list the tasks your team repeats every week and the tools each one touches. Your team, usually IT, fills in our AI rules questionnaire: what agents may do, what they must never do, what can run without review, and which systems they can touch. You get a ranked list of what to automate first.

  2. 02Build up to 3 workflows.

We build the top workflows inside the tools you already use, with your rules written into each one.

  3. 03Add the approval step.

Anything your rules mark for review waits for a person before it reaches your site, your CRM or a buyer.

  4. 04Train your team and hand over.

We show your team how to run, approve and adjust each workflow, and every workflow lives in a shared folder you can connect to or download.

Guardrails

Your rules, written into every agent.

Every client sets different rules. This is how we set yours.

  1. The rules come from your team.

Before we build, your team, usually IT, fills in our AI rules questionnaire and decides what agents can do.

  2. We write them into every agent.

Your rules go into the instructions each agent and automation reads before it runs: Claude memory files, or the same setup for Codex. We give each agent only the information its task needs.

  3. A checker reviews every output.

Each agent is paired with a checker agent for words or site code.

  4. Your team approves client work.

Anything your rules mark for review waits in a review step, and both your team and ours sign off.

  5. We check how close your site sits to your product.

If your website shares an environment with your product, we start stricter. If it runs separately, more marketing work can run on its own.

Proof

An AI automation agency that runs its own marketing on AI workflows.

How we run our own marketing, plus client work.

How L&S runs its own marketing

Our marketing runs on AI agents built on Claude Code.

  • 3 scheduled runs each weekday, each one logged
  • 5 build checks before any site fix ships
  • 1 site release a day, unless Leo approves another
  • Agents draft posts, page copy, research and site fixes.
  • Every draft passes a checker agent before anyone sees it.
  • Every new public page, price and client name waits for Leo, our founder.
  • Every change our agents ship is logged with a one-line undo.

FAQ

Questions about AI automation services

What can AI automation services do for a marketing team?

AI automation services handle the repeat work around your website, CRM and content. At L&S that means drafting blog posts and page updates, routing leads, checking your site for broken links and tags, and turning Search Console and GA4 numbers into short reports. We build these with Zapier, Claude, ChatGPT and Codex, and we start with the task that costs your team the most hours.

Will the AI publish anything on its own?

Only what your rules allow. Before we build, your team tells us in our AI rules questionnaire which tasks can run without review. Everything else waits for a person, and both your team and ours sign off.

Is our data safe, and who has access?

Your team decides what each workflow can touch. Before we build, your team, usually IT, fills in our AI rules questionnaire, which sets the systems agents may access and what they must never do. We write those rules into each agent's instructions: Claude memory files, or the same setup for Codex. We can build inside your own accounts, such as your company's Claude or ChatGPT plan, so your data stays under your own terms. The questionnaire also asks which AI providers, for example Claude or ChatGPT, may process your data, and that answer goes into the same rules.

What happens if a workflow makes a mistake?

Our reviews are there to catch it before it reaches a buyer. A checker agent reviews every output, and anything your rules mark for review waits for a person on your team and ours. The rules your team sets also limit what a workflow can touch in the first place.

Will AI workflows replace people on our team?

AI workflows take repeat tasks off your team's plate, and your people stay in charge of every approval. Your team can put that time into the work only people can do, like strategy, sales calls and creative.

How much do AI automation services cost?

At L&S, AI Workflow Setup starts at $6,000 for up to 3 workflows in about 4 weeks. The optional AI Ops retainer starts at $1,500 per month. The final price depends on how many workflows you need, how many tools they connect, and how much support you want.

Who owns what you build?

You own the workflows and agents we build for you. We build them in-house and keep them in a shared folder we update. Your team can connect to that folder directly or download everything into your own systems.

Do we need the monthly retainer?

The AI Ops retainer is optional. After setup, the workflows are yours to run. The retainer, from $1,500 per month, covers upkeep as your tools change plus one new or improved workflow each month.
