We’re looking for an SEO & Organic Growth Manager who can own and scale our entire organic ecosystem, including SEO, content, conversion optimization, entity authority, and generative AI search visibility.
This role is highly strategic, technical, and impactful. You will be responsible for building the roadmap, running experiments, managing resources, improving visibility across search engines and AI platforms, and ultimately driving measurable revenue outcomes across demos, pipeline, and ARR.

What You’ll Do
Own and Execute the Organic Growth Strategy
- Build annual and quarterly strategies across SEO and generative AI search.
- Deliver forecasts tied to traffic, conversions, and pipeline with increasing accuracy.
- Execute and complete 100% of quarterly roadmap initiatives.
Grow High-Intent Organic Traffic and Pipeline
- Own the website roadmap with a focus on increasing traffic to priority pages, branded search demand, and overall inbound opportunities.
- Partner with the content team to publish new articles and refresh existing pages to improve rankings, engagement, and conversions.
- Develop content frameworks that strengthen E-E-A-T, category authority, and visibility, resulting in increased inbound pipeline.
Lead Generative AI Search and Entity Optimization
- Improve visibility across LLMs and AI search platforms, including Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Bing Copilot, Claude, and emerging AI search engines.
- Optimize schema markup, citations, authorship, and brand/entity signals.
- Track and expand customer presence in AI-generated answers.
Manage Vendors, Freelancers, and SEO/AI Tools
- Own the SEO budget and work with the content team to keep spend on target.
- Evaluate tools and vendors based on performance and ROI.
- Build and manage a bench of content and technical freelancers to scale production.
Monitor, Report, and Resolve Technical Issues
- Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Monitor keyword and LLM rankings, Google Search Console data, GA4 analytics, Core Web Vitals, technical changes, and indexation.
- Identify and resolve technical issues quickly to avoid traffic or conversion loss.
Conduct SERP and Competitor Intelligence
- Track competitor movements across both traditional and AI-driven search.
- Identify gaps and new ranking opportunities monthly.
- Stay ahead of search engine and AI platform changes.
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in SEO, organic growth, or related performance marketing roles.
- Deep technical SEO knowledge, including site architecture, HTML, performance optimization, and structured data.
- Proven success growing demos, pipeline, and revenue from organic channels.
- Experience optimizing for both traditional search engines and AI-driven answer engines.
- Strong understanding of content strategy, E-E-A-T, and entity authority.
- Demonstrated ability to run structured A/B tests, CRO initiatives, and landing page experiments.
- Advanced analytical skills, including mastery of Google Search Console, GA4, leading SEO tools, and experimentation frameworks.
- Ability to manage freelancers, vendors, and budgets effectively.
- Ability to set up and build automated AI content engines, including tools such as n8n.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience scaling organic programs for a B2B SaaS company.
- Comfort working cross-functionally with brand, product marketing, demand generation, and web teams.
- Experience with programmatic SEO, embeddings, or AI-assisted content workflows.
- Ability to move quickly, stay organized, and consistently deliver on deadlines.
